Helen Razdan

Helen has breadth of Social Housing experience spanning more than 25 years’ and is a strong believer in the impact smaller independent organisations can make to change lives for the better. She feels proud and privileged to lead an independent charitable association so connected with its service users.

Helen is driven to improve services for those in need and to ensure that everyone involved keeps listening and adapting to new learning,  changing needs and attitudes.  She has a proven track record in leadership, business management and procurement and has been a leading contributor to numerous local bodies focused on homelessness strategy and service delivery.

Helen says…During the 1990’s I worked in London and I was so shocked by the growing levels of rough sleeping and the apparent shortage of decent housing to help. These experiences led me to do a Masters Degree in Social Housing and ultimately shaped my career.  I am a staunch believer in social justice and fairness and try to apply these principles in all of the work that I do..
